Coach Sydney has been a personal trainer for over eleven years, and has recently taken her career to new heights with kickboxing. Sydney is also a certified personal trainer at Beast Mode Bodies.
“I have fallen in love with the sport and the amazing team I work with!” says Sydney. She excels at putting her kickboxing students through a killer workout. During her classes, she focuses on building student’s technique, endurance, and overall body strength.
