Train with other members of all skill levels multiple times a day. Our classes are tailored to fit the experience level of the room so you’ll never feel lost or confused. Evening classes are split between beginner and advanced members to make sure no one gets left behind.
Teen class is a place for ages 10-14 to come together, learn Jiu-Jitsu, and get to roll with their peers. This class runs five days a week alongside our Youth program.
Our Tots Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program in Edmonton is for members ages 4-7 of all skill levels. Here, kids learn the basic building blocks of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, developing a physical understanding of the sport in a fun, engaging manner.
Tots BJJ focuses on developing basic movements and techniques while gaining an understanding of BJJ etiquette. Our program improves your child’s confidence, fitness level, and independence while focusing on technical refinement and, most importantly, having fun. We teach students how to train BJJ safely, allowing them to take risks while protecting themselves and their teammates.
Our Youth Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program in Edmonton is for members ages 8-12 of all skill levels. Here, kids learn the basic building blocks of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, laying a strong foundation for developing a well-rounded and effective style.
Kids learn skills not only for sports competitions but also for self-defense. Our Youth BJJ program improves your child’s confidence, fitness level, and independence alongside our focus on technical refinement. We teach students how to train BJJ safely, allowing them to take risks while protecting themselves and their teammates.
A class reserved exclusively for our female students, providing them with an environment where they can experience the benefits of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with each other. This class is also led by a female instructor. The curriculum of our Women’s Only class focuses on overcoming bigger, stronger opponents through detailed techniques in a supportive environment.
This program is available to women of all skill levels as part of our Adult program.
We offer a number of Kickboxing classes designed to suit your personal goals. In Kickboxing, you’ll master your striking mechanics through collaborative partner exercises. The fusion of Dutch kickboxing and Muay Thai offers an exceptional opportunity to enhance existing stand-up combat techniques or acquire new ones while achieving top physical form.
If you’re looking for a good workout to top it all off, check out Pad HIIT for an awesome cardio work out with combinations and ending with a core finisher to leave you feeling strong.

Teens aged 10-14 can learn essential striking techniques and build confidence under expert guidance, fostering discipline and self-defense skills. This class is perfect for teens with no experience.
In MMA, students will develop a proper stance, practice footwork drills, and learn basic punches, elbows, knees, and kicks. You’ll learn how to take the fight to the ground with take-down offense and defense. Once on the ground, students engage their Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu skills.
All experience levels are welcome.
No matter where you are in your journey, private lessons can take you even further. We offer individual and small group private lessons at an additional cost. Private lessons are available for all ages and skill-levels.
